CONDUCT OF ADMINISTRATIVE INVESTIGATION AGAINST ERRING ELECTED BARANGAY OFFICIALS

As mandated by the Local Government Code of 1991, an Administrative Complaint against an erring Barangay Officials shall be filed at the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan whose decision is final and executory.
