Municipality of Calamba, Misamis Occidental Benchmarking

Barangay Calaran Officials from Calamba, Misamis Occidental Conduct Benchmarking in Tacub, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte.

A delegation of officials from Barangay Calaran in the municipality of Calamba recently conducted a benchmarking visit to Barangay Tacub, Kauswagan.

The visit aimed to gather insights and ideas for potential improvements in their own local governance.

The officials from Barangay Calaran were warmly welcomed during a short orientation held at the municipal hall. Mayor Rommel Arnado and Ekijeto Cañete, the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), greeted the visitors and provided them with an overview of the municipality’s successful initiatives.

Led by Sangguniang Bayan Member Rediculo Valdehueza and MLGOO Faith Constantino, the benchmarking team from Barangay Calaran embarked on a comprehensive tour. Their itinerary included visits to prominent establishments within Barangay Tacub and the municipality.

Among the notable stops during their benchmarking tour was the newly constructed barangay hall of Tacub.

The team also had the opportunity to explore the Kauswagan International Organic Convention Center and a visit to the Kauswagan Longest Boardwalk and Amusement Park.
