Labor Day
Ngayon ay Araw ng Manggagawa at 110 taon na ang lumipas nang isinabatas at naging opisyal na selebrasyon ito kada unang araw ng Mayo.
Ang araw na ito ay ang pagkilala sa mga kontribusyon ng manggagawang Pilipino at pagpapakita na lumalakas ang ating bansa at ekonomiya sa tulong ng mga manggagawa. Gamitin natin ang araw na ito upang ipaalala sa ating sarili na ang trabahong ating ginagawa sa araw-araw ay siyang nagtataguyod sa ating mga pamilya at magandang buhay sa hinaharap.
Maraming ibang bansa din ang nagsasagawa ng #LaborDay bawat taon.

6th Organic Asia Congress 9th Expanded Management Committee Meeting
The committees for the 6th Organic Asia Congress conduct the 9th Expanded Management Committee Meeting in preparation for the above-mentioned congress come June 4-10, 2023.
Mayor Rommel Arnado spearheaded the updates of the committees to tackle the deliverables of each committee.
Present during the assembly is IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) Chief Operating Officer Vic Anthony Fabre Tagupa, Victoriano Tagupa, the Executive Director of LOAMCP-PH, Department of Tourism, Philippine Information Agency, Mindanao Development and Authority, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Agriculture, MSU-IIT, Department of Agrarian Reform, GNPower Kauswagan, and the Pixel Solutions.
The upcoming conference is said the largest organic congress that will happen this year with the theme: Building World Peace through Organic Agriculture: Food Security Vital to Peace Building.
