ISSUANCE OF PERMIT TO HARVEST

Scheduled of Availability of Service   :           Monday – Friday (8:00 A. M. – 5:00 P. M.)

Who May Avail of the Service            :           All landowners and tenants wish to engage in Coconut Harvest

Duration                                               :           30 Minutes (depending on the availability of required BASELINE DATA)

 

 HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

1 The client/s  must secure required documents before application for permit to the office; 1. Barangay Clearance,2. Community Tax Certificate,

2 The client must present all the requirements to  the Municipal Assessor’s Office for Permit preparation; –  do  – 3 mins MASSO Personnel
3 If Delinquent property, settle down first all financial obligations and pay Permit to Harvest Fee to the Municipal Treasury Office § O.R. of latest Real Property Tax payments 5 mins

If cannot afford to full payments a Promisory Note may be executed and will be arranged with the Local Chief Executive for approval then proceed to treasury Office for payment § Promissory Note 10 mins Jacob G. Salise /

 

Municipal Mayor

4 The Municipal Assessor’s Office  evaluate the supporting documents and prepares the Permit to Harvest; § Supporting Documents 5 mins Rod B. Aray
5 Client submits the prepared Permit to the Admin. Office for review, processing and recording. § Permit To Harvest Form 5 mins Ma. Luz Generalao
6 The Local Chief Executive shall approve and sign the Permit. –  do  – 10 mins Municipal Mayor
7 Release CLIENT’S Copy of Permit I –  do  – 2 mins Ma. Luz GeneralaoErlinda Jurial
