Who May Avail of the Service           :         For Employment, Marriage License, Eligibility, Fidelity Bond Application and other

civil applications that requires Mayor’s Clearance

Duration                                             :         19   Minutes (depending on the availability of required BASELINE DATA)

Requirements:

Barangay Clearance      Additional requirements for marriage License and employment application:

Police Clearance                    – Tree planting certificate

Cedula

Official Receipt of Payment from the Mun. Treasurer’s Office
